►A very popular sweet made with fried batter, then soaked and coated in sugar syrup
1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
1 cup Plain Flour (sieved)
½ cup Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Cornflour
¼ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Yellow Food Colour
8 Pistachios
pinch of Salt
For Sugar Syrup:
1 cup Sugar
¾ cup Water
¼ tsp. Cardamom Powder
Makes: 450g
