Omelette is a traditional and most common breakfast all over the world. Simple and tasty dish, enough to hold out until lunch (and even before lunch). In this video we show you how to cook the best omelette-souffle ever!
Ingredients:
3 whole eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste
15 ml Olive Oil
1 tbsp sour cream
Preparation:
Separate the egg yolks from the whites; add a pinch of salt into whites and whisk until thick foam.
Whisk the egg yolks and add sour cream. Season to taste.
Add whipped egg whites and mix.
Drizzle a frying pan with oil and pour the mixture on it. Bake in preheated oven.
