For all the paneer lovers, this is the veg version of chicken 65! So wait no more and grab these for a fun snack time!!
Paneer 65 Cups
Serves- 2-3
Ingredients-
2-3 green chillies
3-4 garlic cloves
6-7 curry leaves
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
¼ tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp curds
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt, to taste
200 gms paneer, small cubes
Water, as required
Refined oil, for frying
Chaat Masala, for garnish
Fried curry leaves, for garnish
Method-
In a blender, blend green chillies, garlic and curry leaves to a slightly coarse paste.
Remove this in a bowl and add Kashmiri red chilli, rice flour, all-purpose flour, salt, garam
masala, lemon juice and curd. Mix all the ingredients till a smooth paste.
Add little water if required to slightly dilute the paste. Sprinkle some cornflour on the
paneer pieces and keep aside.
Gently add the paneer pieces into the masala mix paste and mix well so that all the pieces
are coated well with the masala.
Heat some oil in a pan and when it gets hot, add in the paneer pieces in batches and deep
fry until they become crisp and golden in colour.
Serve hot with a garnish of chaat masala and crushed fried curry leaves.
