Pinwheel Sandwiches 3 Ways! | QUICK AND EASY LUNCHES ft Mind Over Munch

Pinwheel Sandwich, Veg Pinwheel SandwichPinwheel Sandwich Recipe in Urdu/English – Kids Lunch Box and Party Appetizer
Pinwheel sandwiches are famous as kids’ food. It is light appetizer sandwich with mild spiced chicken, egg and several chutney and ketchup. You can pack pin wheel sandwich in children’s’ lunch box for school,iftar in RAMADAN/ serve with evening tea or prepare for kids’ party. It also makes nice serving to guests.
Ingredients:

Chicken Marination Ingredients:

Boiled Shredded Chicken: 1 cup
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Butter: 2 tbsp
Egg Marination Ingredients:

Boiled Grated Eggs: 2
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
Butter: 2 tbsp
Sandwich Ingredients:

Sandwich Bread: 1
White Sauce: 1 cup
Green Chutney: 1 cup
Tomato Ketchup: 1 cup
Marinated Chicken: 1 cup
Marinated Eggs: 1 cup
Butter Paper: 2 sheets (cut into smaller sheets)
Marinating Eggs:
Grate boiled eggs.
Add salt, black pepper, butter and yellow food coloring and mix well.
Marinated eggs are ready for use. Keep aside.
Marinating Chicken:

Add salt, black pepper and butter to boiled shredded chicken and mix well.
Marinated chicken is ready.
Preparing Sandwich:

Make thin slices of sandwich bread, also remove the crust.
Roll out each slice with rolling pin.
Apply white sauce and tomato ketchup on first slice.
Roll from one end to other.
Wrap in butter paper and place aside.
Apply white sauce and egg on second slice and roll along butter paper; place aside.
Apply white sauce and chicken on third slice and roll within butter paper; keep it aside with other rolled slices.
Apply white sauce and green chutney on fourth slice. Roll along butter paper.
Store all slice rolls in freezer for one hour.
Remove from freezer, remove butter paper and cut in pinwheel shapes as illustrated in picture above.
Pinwheel sandwiches are ready.
Serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
