Today I wanted to try out my new Cosori pressure cooker. I was in the mood for barbacoa breakfast tacos so that’s what I decided to test out. The convenience of cooking beef cheeks in a shorter amount of time worked out great. I adjusted the recipe and cook time to give the beef cheeks a more tender texture just like my slow cooker would achieve.
INGREDIENTS
2 bls beef cheeks
2 cups beef broth
1 to 1 1/2 tsp salt (depends on how salty broth is)
2 to 3 cloves fresh garlic
1/2 of a medium onion
***pressure cooker cook time 1 hour 30minutes
***turn off and let set for 15 minutes to help release pressure
