You know that creamy green salsa sauce they bring in a little bowl with chips at your favorite Tex Mex restaurant? Well here is my version of that delicious green sauce that my family and I fight over when it comes to the table. We simply can’t get enough of it, so I like to make my own at home.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of homemade green salsa (or 16 oz store bought jar)
1 large ripe avocado
1/3 cup sour cream
fresh squeezed lime juice to taste
salt to taste
cilantro to taste (optional)
