Mongolian Beef

3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 Tablespoon orange juice
1Tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoon red curry paste or chili paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 1/2 Tablespoons ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, thinly sliced
16 green onion, sliced into 2-inch pieces (green portion only)
Combine first 8 ingredients into a small bowl, stirring until smooth.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add beef, garlic and ginger; saute for 2 minutes. Add green onion; saute for 30 seconds longer. Add sauce mixture; cook 1 minute or until thickened.
