HOMEMADE ALMOND BUTTER INSTRUCTIONS:
Ingredients:
16 ounces (3 cups) raw almonds.
¼ teaspoon salt.
Optional: ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Optional: ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
Optional: 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spread almonds on baking sheet
Roast for 10 mins
Let cool for 10-15 mins before transferring to blender
Blend for 20-25 minutes or until butter is creamy
Add your salt and blend for 5 mins
Add your optional ingredients and blend until creamy again
Enjoy on a rice cake, apple, or anything your heart desires!
