You can make it whenever you want, serve with tea, coffee, juice or any dip.

INGREDIENTS-
Poha Rice flakesFlatened rice- 1.5 cup
Boiled & Mashed Potatoes- 1 cup
Grated Carrots- 12 cup
Chopped onions
Chopped chillies
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Pepper corn powder
White sesame seeds- 1 tbsp (optional)
Oil to cook
**(you can also deep fry them or can cook in oven)
