Sesame Coconut Salmon
4 oz salmon
1⁄4 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp coconut butter
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
1⁄2 tsp unsweetened coconut shreds
1⁄2 tsp sesame seeds
sprinkle of salt

Combine coconut butter, tahini, sesame oil & coconut amigos. Spread on top of salmon filet. Sprinkle on coconut shreds & sesame seeds. Roast 30 minutes at 425ºF.
