INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 CUPS all purpose flour (220 grams)
2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder (85 grams)
3/4 cup sugar (150 grams)
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup + 1 Tbs vegetable oil (130 grams)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup + 2 Tbs hot water (550 grams)
For the Frosting
1 cup Milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup half and half ( Use more if frosting is too thick)
