1. Penne Paste Bolognese
Penne Pasta – 2 cup
Tomato Sauce – 1 can
Tomato Paste – 1 packet
Textured Soy Protein – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1 large
Garlic – 3 cloves
Rosemary & Oregano
2. Brown Rice, Broccoli, Lentil Teriyaki
Brown Rice – 1 cup
Lentils – 1 cup
Broccoli – 1 cup
Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Date Syrup – 2 tbsp
3. Baked Potato Slices & Rainbow Salad
Potato – 1 Large
Sweet Potato – 1 Large
Sea Salt
Spinach
Beet
Carrot
Reg Cabbage
Cherry Tomatoes
Onion
Yellow Bell Pepper
Cucumber
4. Teriyaki Tofu Pita
Tofu – 2-4 slices
Pita – 1 med-lg
Pickles – sliced
Vegan Cheese – 1 slice
Spinach – handful
Tahini – 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp
Rice Vinegar – 1 tsp
Date Syrup (pure) – 3 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tsp – 1 tbsp
5. Fruit & Vegetable Shake
Berries – 1/2 cup
Sour Cherries – 1/2 cup
Banana – 2 sm or 1 large
Kale – 1 cup
Dates (medjool) – 2
Soy yogurt (plain) – 1
White Beans – 1/4 cup
Carob Powder – 1 tbsp
Rice Milk (or other non-dairy milk) – 2 – 2 1/2 cups
Flax Seed – 2 tbsp ground
