হেলথি/ডায়েট রেসিপির জন্য অনেক রিকোয়েস্ট পাচ্ছি আর আমি চেষ্টা করছি কিছু ভিন্ন ভিন্ন ডায়েট রেসিপি আপনাদের সাথে নিয়মিত শেয়ার করতে, যাতে করে যারা ডায়েট মেইনটেইন করছেন বা একটু হেলথি খেতে চাচ্ছেন তারা কিছুটা উপকৃত হতে পারেন। আর এই হেলথি সিরিজের আজকের রেসিপি হচ্ছে খুব সহজ একটা এগ সালাদ। লাঞ্চ অথবা ডিনার এ খেতে পারবেন এই সালাদটা আর হাতের কাছে থাকা উপকরণ দিয়েই বানিয়ে নেয়া যাবে।

Ingredients:
cherry tomatoes 14-15 pieces
julienne carrot 1 medium size
cucumber 1 medium size
lettuce 1 cup
olive oil 1 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
black pepper 1/4 tsp
green chili 1 piece
chopped coriander 1.5 tbsp
thick sliced onion 1/2 of a big size
hard boiled egg 1-2 piece
