Lets begin with the healthy Sprouts recipes :-

1. How to make Oats and sprouts Upma for breakfast:-

1/2 cup Moong Dal and chana sprouts
3-4 tbsp Quick Oats
1 cup water
1 tsp olive oil
1 Chopped onion
1 chopped tomato
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Spice mix
1/4 tsp Mixed herbs
Chilli flakes to garnish

Recipe (method ):-
In a pan heat olive oil, add chopped onion sautéed them slightly add tomatoes cook until they become soft . Add all the spices …mix well and add sprouts, add water and bring everything to a boil ..add 3-4 tsp of Quick/instant Oats …cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes…serve warm for breakfast.

2. How to make sprouts summer salad for weight Loss:-

Ingredients:-
1 small cucumber
1 small carrot
1 tomato
3-4 olives
2-3 spring onion
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup mung Dal and Chana sprouts
1.5 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp mint and mango chutney
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder roasted
1/3 tsp Roasted coriander powder

Recipe (method):-
Add all the above ingredients in the order they have mentioned in the ingredients list and mix really well. Your healthy summer sprouts is ready to serve for lunch or dinner.

3. How to make healthy Sprouts roll :-

2 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
3-4 lettuce leaves
1 whole wheat chappati
5-6 tsp sprouts summer salad

Recipe (method):-

In a grinder add sesame seeds and grind them add olive oil and salt and grind again. Make a thick tahini paste. Add some paste to the summer sprouts salad.
Take a large thin whole wheat or MultiGrain chappati plan 3-4 lettuce leaves on top spread left over tahini evenly…place 5-6 tsp sprouts salad at the centre…roll it and secure with a toothpick.

4. Oats Sprouts Cutlets or tikki (Snack)
Ingredients:-
1/2 cup Mung dal sprouts
1chopped tomato
some fresh Corns
1 small chopped onion
2tbs cooked beans
salt to taste
3-4 tbsp brown bread crumbs
Black pepper,
1 tsp Coriander Powder,
1 tsp amchur powder,
1 tsp roasted Cumin seeds powder,
olive oil or ghee (optional)
1 tbsp mashed potato
1-2 tbsp Quick Oats flour

Method to make healthy Sprouts Cutlets or tikki
In a bowl add Sprouts, chopped tomato, Corns, chopped onion, Add cooked/leftover beans (rajma, chole etc), mashed potato black pepper, salt to taste and other spices
Combine all the ingredients very well, make Cutlets from the mixture..in a small bowl make a semi this paste from oat flour salt pepper water and amchur powder. In another small bowl take some brown bread crumbs…take Cutlets first coat them in the oats flour paste and then roll them in brown bread crumbs to make it crisp …heat a pan or tava place the Cutlets and use very small oil to cook them from both side until they are golden brown. Your healthy tasty crispy sprouts Cutlets or tikki is ready to serve.
