Avocado Pasta Salad Recipe : I love this cold salad for a filling, healthy, tasty lunch! All you need is Avocado, any Pasta of your choice, Extra Virgin Olive Oil and seasoning! See my Overnight Oats recipe here : http://bit.ly/1kH2cnT
What you need ~~
– Pasta
– Avocado
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Seasoning : Salt, Black Pepper, Oregano, Basil (or any other fresh/dried herbs of your choice)
– Cream (optional)
For an extra kick, you can also add some chilli flakes!
Recipe ~~
Boil water and add pasta to the hot water. Let the pasta cook in the pan. Once the pasta is cooked, drain hot water and wash pasta with cold water to stop the cooking process. Add Olive Oil to the pasta and mix well. Add seasoning and mix well. Peel and dice Avocado into fine bite sized pieces and add salt and pepper. Mix the avocado and pasta. Add a small amount of cream if you like. Mix well and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving!
