Recipe 1 – Duck Nilagiri
Ingredients
duck stock water
duck
oil
onion
ginger
garlic
cream
tomato
green chilly
turmeric powder
salt
garam masala
curd
mint leaves
coriander leaves
curry leaves
cashew nut paste
red chilly
shallots
mustard
Directions
1.Grind mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilly and curd. Set aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan.
3.Saute onion, ginger and garlic until the raw taste changed.
4.Add turmeric powder, then add tomato into it and saute well.
5.Pour stock water. Then allow to boil.
6.Add cashew nut paste, coconut milk and ground paste.
7.Add duck into it and cook.
8.Pour cream and mix well.
9.Splutter the mustard seeds with shallots and red chilly.
10.Pour on the top of dish.
Recipe 2 – Mushroom broccoli salad
Ingredients
balsamic vinegar
salt
olive oil
pepper (crushed)
Mushroom
tomato
yellow capsicum
red capsicum
broccoli
green capsicum
carrot(boiled)
mushroom
cauliflower
Directions
1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Saute mushroom.
3.Add salt and pepper
4.Add 3 colour capsicum and mix well.
5.Transfer to the bowl.
6.Add tomato, carrot into the bowl and mix well.
7.Combine balsamic vinegar, pepper and olive oil in a bowl. 8.Transfer to the bowl.
