In this video I’m going to show you how to prepare sexy dinner for two for your love!
This is great idea for valentines day, especially you are a very busy person, it will takes only 30 minutes to prepare and make a main dish and dessert!
So simple and sexy, Thai Beef Salad and Affogato.
Affogato is Italian dessert that ice cream served with espresso/coffee and you pour the espresso/coffee over the ice cream… um, um, um!! We are talking about delishh!!
If you are looking for healthy, delicious and sexy dinner recipes, this is the one!

Thai Beef Salad
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 lb. rib-eye stake or any kind your favorite stake, at least 1″ thick.
1 to 2 Thai chili
1 lemon grass using only bottom of inside soft part, sliced thinly.
1 Tablespoon palm sugar
1 Tablespoon fish sauce
Fresh juice from 1/2 of juicy lime
5 oz. mixed greens or any kind your favorite salad green
2″ long English cucumber, cut lengthwise then sliced thinly
Handful cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1/2 shallot, thinly sliced
Handful mint, leaves picked
Handful Thai basil, leaves picked
Handful cilantro, leaves picked
Salt and pepper
Directions
Heat a large and thick bottom skillet(such as cast iron pan) over high heat; add sesame oil, swirl to coat.
Season stake with lots of salt and pepper, lay on screaming hot skillet. Cook 3 minutes then flip it over, cook additional 3 minutes for medium rare. Remove from heat, set aside and let it rest at least 5 minutes.
Meanwhile gently pound chili, lemon grass and palm sugar in a mortar until chili and lemon grass become coarse. Add fish sauce, lime juice and oil from pan that we cooked stake. Stir well and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add mixed greens and next 6 ingredients and combine with your hand or using a tong. Be gentle to not bother greens too much, and make sure add lots of herbs! Herbs are part of greens in this salad.
Add dressing over green mixture, toss evenly. Cut stake into bite size.
Place tossed greens bottom of a serving plate, top with stake. Pour all juice from stake and rest of dressing from mixing bowl over salad!
Walla!! There you have it! Sexiest salad ever, Thai Beef Salad!!

I could totally make with Asian version of affogato with matcha(green tea) or Thai tea but I LOVE coffee so much in my dessert so I just made with coffee! 🙂
An affogato (Italian, “drowned”) is a coffee-based beverage. It usually takes the form of a scoop of vanilla gelato or ice cream topped with a shot of hot espresso. Some variations also include a shot of Amaretto or other liqueur.

Fastest Affogato
Ingredients
2 pieces lady fingers
10 raspberries
2 scoops vanilla or chocolate ice cream
Good quality chocolate for garnish
1/3 cup hot coffee or espresso (Depending on how strong you want!)
1 Tablespoon sugar
2 Tablespoons coffee liqueur
Directions
In bottom of 2 small coffee cups or glasses, crumble cookies first.
Divide raspberries between glasses. Scoop ice cream top of raspberries and grate over some chocolate(how much ever you want!).
Dissolve sugar into hot coffee(or espresso) and add coffee liqueur. Serve with ice cream.
When you ready to eat, pour hot coffee(or espresso) over ice cream!

It is pretty but so fast to make, not only for your valentine, but if you have unexpected guest, it will be the perfect dessert!!!
