Chinese Cabbage & Fungus Stir Fry

Soak the Wood Ear Fungus for 4 hours before cooking if you are using a dried product.
Ingredients:
100g Chinese Cabbage
100g Wood Ear Fungus
1 Spring Onion
3 Cloves Garlic
½cm Ginger
2 Red Chillies (Optional)
½ Tsp Ground Red Pepper
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt to Taste
Method:
1. Wash and clean the tree fungus after soaking
2. Cut off the roots and tare into bite size
3. Finely chop the spring onion
4. Finely chop the garlic
5. Finely chop the ginger
6. And finely chop the chillies
7. Slice the cabbage into bite size pieces
8. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in the wok until smoking hot
9. Add ginger, garlic, spring onion, chillies and ground red pepper
10. Stir fry for few seconds
11. Add the tree fungus and stir fry for 2 minutes
12. Add soy sauce and stir fry for a few seconds
13. Add cabbage and stir fry for 2 minutes
14. Sprinkle salt
15. Stir for a few seconds
16. Transfer onto a dish
17. And serve
