This is a simple fish fry. Mandeli is golden in colour and very small in size. You can fry it crisp and serve it as starters or as a side dish in your meals.

Mandeli fish 25 to 30
Turmeric 1 tsp.
Chilly powder 1 ½ tsp.
Salt to taste
Rice flour 2 to 3 tblsp.
Oil for frying
