¾ cup Boiled peas
2 medium sized finely chopped onion
1 medium sized chopped tomato
½ inch piece of grated ginger
½ tsp chopped garlic
½ tsp cumin seed
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp Red chilly powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
3 tsp oil
