Optional : Organic Eggs, Fresh Mozzarella

Smoothie
1 Cup of Water
10 Oz of Pure Coconut Water
3 Handfuls of Spinach
1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Organic Strawberries
1 1/2 Cups of Frozen Organic Mixed Berries
1 Banana
2 Table Spoons of Chia Seeds
1 Scoop Of Raw Fit Protein Powder (vanilla)
