* ALL 100% VEGAN *
“Bacon and Egg” breakfast sandwich:
1/4 block of extra firm organic tofu
oil for frying
YVES Canadian Veggie bacon (most of their mock meats are awesome)
Ketchup
Veganaise
English Muffin
Un-Chick’n Salad Sandwich
Bun or bread
6 pieces of Gardein chicken-less strips
2 tablespoons of Veganaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 stalk of celery, diced
Mac ‘n CHEEZE
1 yellow potato, diced
1/4 cup carrot, diced
1/3 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup veganaise (or coconut milk, the thick kind, add more salt if so)
1/2 cup cashews, soaked in water for 2 hours
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt (to your liking)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (to your liking)
