Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Poha / Flattened rice
• Spinach leaves
• 1 tsp Olive oil
• 1/2 cup Finely chopped Green bell pepper
• 1/2 cup Green peas
• 1 Boiled and mashed Potato
• 1/2 cup Grated Paneer
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic-Green chili paste
• 1 tsp Chat masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tbsp Kasoori methi
• Oil
Method:
• Take rice into a blender jar and grind it into powder.
• Boil water and add spinach in it. Cook for about 5 minutes.
• Take out spinach into a blender jar.
• Heat up olive oil into a pan and add green pepper, green peas.
• Mix well and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
• Transfer it into blender jar that is having spinach.
• Close the lid and blend everything coarsely.
• Take the mixture out into a bowl.
• Add powdered poha and mix well.
• Add boiled and mashed potato, paneer, coriander leaves, ginger-
garlic-green chili paste, chat masala, red chili powder, cumin
powder, salt to taste and kasoori methi.
• Mix everything well together.
• Roll kabab and put a cashew nut into each kabab.
• Roll each kabab intp bread crumbs and keep aside.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add a little oil in it.
• Transfer the kababs into the pan and add a little oil on it.
• Cook until kabas turn light golden from one side and flip over.
• Cook from other side until these turn light golden and take them
out into a dish.
• Hara bhara kabab are already. Serve with any sauce or chutney.
