Ingredients:
2cups-rice
3.5 cups-water
4-dry chilies
1-cinnamon stick
2 tsp- cumin seeds
3-black cardamoms
2-bay leaves
hing (asafoetida)
1-tsp turmeric
1/2tsp-garam masala
1.5tsp-red chili powder
salt to taste
1/4tsp-black pepper
1tsp-coriander powder
1/2tsp-cumin powder
1.5 inch ginger
10 garlic cloves
4 green chilies
10 curry leaves
4-5 green onions
2 med size tomatoes
1 large onion
mix vegteables of your choice
1.5 cup soy (optional)
mint
curd (Yogurt)
cilantro
