Paneer Khurchan is just the burst of flavours you need on your plate and palate today.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 green chilli
1 cup onions
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 cup tomatoes
100 ml water
Salt, to taste
150 g paneer
Method:
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add one green chilli, onions, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
Add tomatoes and sauté. Once tomatoes have melted, add water and cook further.
Season with salt.
Finally, add paneer cubes and cook until done.
