For filling:

– Spinach – 200g.
– Vegetable oil – 1-2 tbsp.
– Lemon juice – 1/2 tbsp.
– Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)
– Mozzarella cheese – 250g
– Rice (boiled) – 1 cup
– Salt – 1/2 tsp. (taste)
– Nutmeg – 1/5 tsp.
– Ground black pepper – 1/4 tsp.
For the dough:
– Dry yeast – 2 tsp.
– Water – 2 cups
– Flour – 600g
– Salt – 1/2 tsp.
– Sugar – 1 tbsp.
– Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
– Turmeric – 1/3 tsp.
– Sugar – 1/3 tsp.
– Warm water – 1 tbsp.

Finely chop the onions and spinach, fry in a pan. Cut the cheese, add salt, spices, rice and spinach. Knead the dough. Cover with a towel and leave until the dough rises.
