I have prepared sweet pumpkin side dish ( sihi kumbalakai palya), toor dal curry (bele tili saaru), masala buttermilk (masale majjige) along with readymade pickle(uppina Kai) and papad (happala).
Ingredients list

Pumpkin side dish (palya)

12 of a medium sized pumpkin(sihi kumbalakai)
3 to 4 teaspoons of cooking oil (enne)
12 teaspoon mustard seeds (sasive)
1 teaspoon channa dal(kadale bele, Bengal gram)
6 to 8 dry red chillies (ona menasinakaayi) – adjust to your taste
10 to 12 curry leaves (Kari bevu)
2 teaspoons of roasted bengal gram (huri kadale)
5 to 6 teaspoons of grated fresh coconut /desiccated coconut (Kai turi)
Some coriander leaves (kothambari soppu)
Salt as required
Toor dal curry / dal tadka / Tuvar dal curry / togari bele saaru /tili saaru

1 cup toor dal (togari bele, split pigeon pea)
Small ball sized tamarind (soak and extract juice)
3 to 4 teaspoons of curry powder (sambar powder, saaru pudi)
2 teaspoons of jaggery powder (bellada pudi)
2 to 3 small tomatoes
10 to 12 curry leaves
Less than 14th teaspoon of hing/asafoetida
3 to 4 teaspoons of cooking oil
12 teaspoon mustard seeds (sasive)
2 to 3 teaspoons of fresh grated coconut
Some Coriander leaves
Salt as required
Masala buttermilk (majjige)
