Easy Healthy Chinese SPICY Bean Sprout Stir Fry
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups fresh bean sprouts
2 julienne carrots
3-4 julienne green onions
2-3 seeded julienne red chilies
2 tsp. minced garic
1-2 tsp. finely julienne or minced ginger
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. oyster sauce – I used vegetarian
1 tsp. sesame oil
sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
peanut or safflower oil for frying
In a pan on medium high heat add oil, minced garlic and ginger. Cook and stir for 30 seconds.
Add julienne carrots. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Add red chilies and bean sprouts. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add green onions, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add sesame oil, cook and stir for 1 minute.
Serve immediately.
Enjoy.
