Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
Boiled, peeled & cubed potatoes – 6 medium-sized
Olive oil – 2 Tablespoon
Cumin seeds – 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Mustard seeds – 1 Teaspoon
Coriander seeds – 1/2 Teaspoon
Chopped ginger – 2 Teaspoons
Chopped green chillies – 2 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder – 1 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder – 1 Teaspoon
Coriander powder – 1 Teaspoon
Salt (to taste) – 1 1/2 Teaspoons
Mango powder – 1 1/4 Teaspoon
Chopped green coriander – 3 Tablespoons
