Hi guys, in this video, I’m bringing you a compilation of my top 12 favourite cheap, healthy and EASY vegan recipes. You’ve already seen many of these recipes on my channel, but I thought in celebration of VEGANUARY, I would show you guys some of the ones I make and eat on a regular basis.

I divided the video into different sections to include breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. If you guys like this type of video, please do let me know and I can do them more regularly.
TOP 12 GO-TO CHEAP, EASY, HEALTHY VEGAN RECIPES –
BREAKFAST —
► Overnight Oats
In the evening, take a glass jar and add about 1 cup to 1.5 cups of rolled oats along with about the same amount of non-dairy milk (I eyeball everything). Then add a little bit of sweetener of your choice and if you have some, a tablespoon or so of chia seeds. Mix it all together, then add some frozen fruit on top. Seal the glass jar and put it in the fridge for the next morning.
► Three-ingredient pancakes
► Scrambled tofu
Cook whatever vegetables you want on a frying pan (I like using mushrooms, onions, peppers, etc.) and then crumble some tofu once the veggies have cooked a bit. Then add some salt, pepper, cumin, turmeric, nutritional yeast and paprika (and whatever other spices) and mix it all up. Serve on its own, with toast or in a wrap… or whatever you want!
