Noodles (boiled) – 100 grams
Green Chilli – 2
Cabbage (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Carrot (chopped) – 1/2
Onion (chopped) – 1 medium
Garlic (chopped) – 4-6 cubes
Capsicum – 1/2 red and 1/2 yellow ( you may use 1 green capsicum instead)
Spring onion – 1/2 cup
Salt to tase
White Vinegar – 1 tbsp
Green Chilli sauce – 1 tsp
Soy Sauce – 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Sauce – 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup – 1 tsbp
Cooking Oil – 4 tbsp
Optional Ingredients:
Baby corn (chopped) – 2 optional
Mushroom (chopped) – 2 optional
