Vegan Bibimbap – Easy 5 Minute Recipe
Today we are making an easy, plant based bibimbap. Bibimbap is a simple Korean dish with a healthy assortment of veggies and tasty sauces. Grab some rice and enjoy! Recipe Below.
2 Cups Vegan Beefless Grounds
4 Cups of Cooked Rice
2 Cups of Carrots (Julienned)
2 Tbsp of Vegetable Oil
2 Cups of Mushrooms (Sliced)
2 Cups of Bean Sprouts
2 Cloves of Garlic (Minced)
1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
1 tbsp of Vinegar (I used Rice)
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Sugar
3 tbsp of Gochujang (Red Pepper Paste)
1 Tbsp Rice Seasoning
2 Cups of Spinach
Sesame Seed for garnish
Radishes for garnish
Green onions for garnish
