Seitan:
2 Cups Vital Wheat Gluten Flour (We use Bob’s Red Mill)
2 teaspoons of your favorite veggie seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 ¾ cup warm water
Broth:
6 cups veggie broth (or use water +bouillon cube)
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons Molasses
1 tablespoon oil
¼ teaspoon liquid smoke
