VEGETARIAN BBQ IDEAS | These are the vegetarian recipes we use whenever we have a BBQ now. Super filling and super tasty I promise! The parmasen (not veggie) can be swapped for any veggie friendly hard cheese. So we made grilled courgettes, garlic and chilli corn on the cob, beetroot and mint dip, halloumi baps, strawberry lemonade and a tomato salad. Let me know if you try them!
