IN THIS VIDEO
• We sort of threw everything together for the Jalapeño Poppers so there is no “real” recipe, but here’s what we used:
1 can whole Jalapeños
Vegan Cream Cheese (I’d recommend Kite Hill!)
Wet Mix: 1/2 cup flour (regular or GF) + 1/2 – 3/4 cup plant milk + salt to taste
Dry Mix: heaping 2/3 cup coarse almond flour (or use panko if not GF) + 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast + salt to taste
* Take the seeds out of the Peppers, stuff with Cream Cheese, dip in the wet mix, then in the dry. Bake in the oven at 450F for 15 minutes on a lined baking tray!
